POTATOES WEDGES WITH CHEESE CREAM

What you will prepare for your breakfast in this weekend?

Some people eat pancake , waffle, milk and cereal. What about you guys ?
Well, I'm Indonesian, but for honestly, 31 years I rare having breakfast with rice.

I don't know why, but everytime I eat rice in the morning for breakfast, my stomach will be contraction like.. Mm, I don't know how to describe it well. It's just kind of Stomached I think. Maybe because my dad and mom never serve me rice as my breakfast menu since I was kids. 

Because of that situation, I always trying to find new recipe. So, today I had one easy recipe you can try over there. This menu will be so easy to cook, but you still have much pleasure ^^


Potatoes Wedges

3-4 medium size potatoes (-+5cm diametre)
Salt (Pinch of)
Pepper (Pinch of)

Sauce before baked:

Barbeque Sauces;  (addtional), you can change with : Olive oil, lime juice, butter

Topping:

Dry Parsley
Cream Cheese (Or Chili Tomatoes Sauces)

How to cook :

1.Clean the potatoes untill really clean, cut into several elongated shapes

2.Keep it on medium bowl. Mix with Barbeque sauce, salt and pepper. If you don't have
   Barbeque Sauce, you can change it with lime juice. Mixt it with salt, pepper, lime juice,
   Olive oil, and butter.

3.Baked it arround 30-45 minutes (the more long time you baked, the more it dry). The skin
   of the potatoes will looks dry and broken brown

4.Plate it on plate, and serve with a sprinkling of dry parsley and serve it with cream cheese.


Another option for topping:


-Avocado Dip

(Blended Avocado with lime juice, pepper, salt, share with some of diced of cucumber

-Mayonaise

Before :

Anw ussually, I bring this wedges potatoes as bento (Food Packed) and eat that in the office with glass of milk or simply drink infushed water :)
